The Senior Cook role is onsite at Glenn Hopkins in Hopkins, Minnesota. Pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour. Unidine’s culinary team prepares food for the people it serves and works to create connections and memorable experiences. The cook prepares nutritious, properly flavored food in accordance with recipes and applicable standards. The role supports safe food service through equipment care, food storage, sanitation, production records, and assistance with associate training; oversight of other food service associates may be assigned by the Food Service Director.

What you'll do

• Prepare entrees and menu items using established recipes
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food items according to policy
• maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage
• follow HACCP guidelines and health and sanitation regulations
• assist the Food Service Director with production records and required documentation
• assist with cross-training employees
• perform other assigned duties.
