The Manufacturing Operator IV – Kitchen Prep/Sanitation (3rd Shift) role is onsite in White City, OR. Pay is $17.75 per hour for prep, plus $1.50 per hour for third shift, for a stated total of $19.25 per hour. The operator prepares raw materials and work-in-process ingredients for food production while following equipment procedures, batching methods, labeling, storage, and food-safety requirements. Accurate preparation and production records help maintain product quality and safe, consistent manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Follow instructions from kitchen leads and supervisors
• follow standard operating procedures for prep equipment and batching
• weigh and measure ingredients
• label and store food and ingredient containers correctly
• check ingredient quality and report problems
• comply with food safety, safety, and good manufacturing practices
• support applicable critical control and preventive controls
• report mechanical problems
• verify material transactions in Oracle
• complete daily shift reports
• perform other assigned duties
• work required overtime during peak season or as company needs require.

Why this role
