What you'll do

• Install, configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot IT systems
• provision and image endpoints
• install operating system patches, upgrades, and software
• support user accounts
• diagnose hardware and software issues
• monitor systems and analyze risks
• document changes and work in ServiceNow
• manage IT assets and inventory
• perform audits and equipment refreshes
• travel around the client campus with equipment
• travel to client locations as required.
