Land Analyst

What you'll do

• Generate and review authorization for expenditure proposals for workovers and new wells
• prepare mail-merge forms for leasing and mineral-buying opportunities
• maintain agreements in Quorum ODL
• review title opinions, leases, assignments, surface agreements, and related documents
• support document management and process improvement
• collaborate to resolve ownership discrepancies and title issues
• assist with quarterly obligation reports
• prepare lease and well exhibits
• support acquisition onboarding and physical document management
• generate land reports and dashboard reporting
• assist with system enhancements.
