What you'll do

• Monitor proposed and staged jobs and report status
• communicate overdue materials and parts to department supervisors
• prepare vendor delivery and quality reports
• direct receiving to prioritize inbound materials
• provide job release lists to the stockroom
• update vendor ship dates in the ERP and notify Program Management of changes
• procure shop supplies and small tools with facilities and manufacturing.
