What you'll do

• Complete and close out work orders in the tracking system
• assist with property turns and vendor coordination

• escort vendors and facilitate their work
• maintain organized shop and storage areas
• assist with snow removal and landscaping coordination, curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning as assigned.
