Warehouse Management Trainee

The Warehouse Management Trainee is an onsite role based in Tacoma, WA, with a pay range of $28 to $34 per hour. This position supports the Washington Branch. This role exists to provide an 18-month rotational training program for emerging leaders. The trainee learns all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, through hands-on experience and equipment certification.

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications.
