What you'll do

• Administer, maintain, upgrade, patch, and tune the ServiceNow CSM application
• configure CSM modules
• manage roles, groups, access controls, and security settings
• develop integrations, workflows, business rules, scripts, and APIs
• support automation, SLAs, reports, and dashboards
• manage data imports, exports, and quality
• provide Tier 3/4 troubleshooting
• collaborate on requirements and enhancements
• document configurations and ensure security, change-management, and audit compliance.
