What you'll do

• Set up or replace workstations and document tasks or tickets
• provide timely Level I support to onsite and remote end users
• triage, process, communicate, escalate, and resolve assigned helpdesk tickets
• coordinate with vendors on hardware repairs or replacements
• maintain user accounts and computers in Active Directory and archive user data
• configure Windows computers and mobile devices for new hires
• troubleshoot hardware and peripherals
• install, configure, and support Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite
• participate in IT management meetings, projects, and tasks.
