After-School Childcare Instructor

The After-School Childcare Instructor role is onsite in Austin, TX, and pays $15–$17 per hour. The part-time schedule is 2–5 days per week, generally afternoons from 2:30/3:15 PM to 5/6 PM, following the 2026–2027 Austin elementary school calendar through the spring semester. iKids U provides after-school enrichment, tutoring, and care at elementary school campuses. The role exists to lead enrichment activities and support students in a safe, engaging after-school setting. Instructors implement provided lesson plans, assist with homework, maintain classroom and playground safety, and communicate with supervisors, peers, and parents.
