Job overview

The Associate Director of High School Math role is hybrid, with at least three days per week onsite and up to two days remote, across DREAM campuses in East Harlem and the South Bronx, New York, NY. The stated salary range is $105,000–$115,000 per year. DREAM serves youth through charter schools and community sports-based youth development programs. Reporting to the Network Director of STEM, the associate director leads development and implementation of high school math curriculum and assessments. The role also supports instructional quality by analyzing student data, coaching school leaders and teachers, and facilitating professional development to improve student achievement.

What you'll do

  • Develop and design rigorous Regents- and AP-aligned grades 9–12 math courses
  • select, adapt, or create curriculum materials and assessments
  • collaborate on multi-year curriculum redesign
  • analyze student data and develop improvement plans
  • collaborate with school leaders and teachers to use assessment data
  • align PK–12 STEM programs
  • facilitate professional development
  • conduct curriculum walkthroughs
  • coach academic deans and the math department chair.
