Activity Director — Long-Term Care

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate daily and monthly activity programs
• develop individualized activity care plans and participate in resident assessments
• encourage participation in hobbies, crafts, games, and social events
• organize special events, parties, outings, and community activities
• supervise and support activity staff and volunteers
• coordinate with nursing, therapy, and leadership
• maintain activity documentation and progress notes
• manage calendars, supplies, and department organization
• assist with one-on-one activities and engagement
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
