Associate Palliative Care Medical Director

What you'll do

• Provide medical oversight and clinical guidance
• collaborate with nursing, social work, chaplaincy, and other disciplines on care plans
• evaluate and manage palliative care patients
• support symptom management, advance care planning, and goals-of-care discussions
• participate in program development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
• educate and mentor clinical staff
• collaborate with referring physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
