The CT Technologist, Weekend Days role is onsite in Kannapolis, NC, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The technologist performs CT procedures, operates scanners and related equipment, and ensures images and patient care meet departmental protocols. The position contributes to safe, accurate imaging through patient preparation, contrast administration, image evaluation, radiation safety, and coordination with radiologists and other clinical staff.

What you'll do

• Verify imaging orders and clarify discrepancies
• identify and prepare patients and obtain relevant medical history
• operate CT scanners and associated equipment
• administer IV contrast according to protocols
• evaluate image quality and consult radiologists as needed
• provide basic patient care and respond to emergencies
• assist with invasive procedures using sterile technique
• follow radiation safety and infection control procedures
• document procedures and maintain the work area.
