What you'll do

• Assist the general manager with strategies to increase revenue, utilization, and profitability
• develop business opportunities for tournaments, leagues, rentals, camps, and events
• build relationships with sports organizations, schools, businesses, and community groups
• conduct outreach and support sales proposals, tours, and meetings
• identify ways to increase use of facility spaces
• support sales and marketing initiatives
• oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and scheduling
• coordinate with staff and vendors
• conduct inspections
• support emergency response and safety procedures
• lead guest services standards and team oversight.
