What you'll do

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes into the machine
• wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and pans
• clean and maintain the dish machine
• change machine and sink water every two hours or more often as needed
• empty trash
• mop and sweep as needed
• complete daily closing and additional cleaning tasks
• assist with bussing and sanitizing tables
• communicate with the head chef and coworkers
• follow food-safety dress requirements.
