The Youth Development Professional — After-School Program role is onsite in Bowling Green, KY, at the Main Clubhouse and the Jennings Creek and Lost River elementary schools. Pay is $12 per hour. The role supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bowling Green Area’s after-school program for members ages 6–18. The professional helps ensure member safety, oversees activities, and facilitates national and local Boys & Girls Club programming. The role contributes to a structured after-school experience through age- and interest-appropriate schedules, learning opportunities, and supervised activities.

What you'll do

• Facilitate activities, games, sports, and outdoor activities
• help create daily and weekly schedules suited to members’ ages and interests
• monitor members and escort them to activities and field trips
• provide learning opportunities
• set up, take down, and maintain Club equipment.
