What you'll do
- Build customer relationships
- greet and assist shoppers with product knowledge, sizing, and fit
- work with the sales team toward sales goals
- communicate inventory needs
- keep the backroom organized
- handle daily destocking and restocking
- support shipment receiving, weekly planning, and cycle counts
- and report product concerns. Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays and able to lift and move products and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
