What you'll do

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets, and accessories
• explain options and recommend complete solutions
• close sales
• track sales goals and apply coaching
• process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes accurately
• protect customer information
• stay current on products and promotions
• provide customer service
• keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and customer-ready
• follow cash, inventory, and security procedures.
