This position exists to maintain critical building infrastructure with zero downtime tolerance. The engineer will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, working collaboratively within a 45-person technical team to ensure seamless facility operations.
What you'll do
- Perform maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
- Maintain CMMS work order system.
- Respond to off-hour requests.
- Troubleshoot building systems and support emergency response.
