What you'll do

• Prepare and record customer invoices
• maintain customer account records
• process and apply payments
• reconcile receivable balances
• send statements and payment reminders
• follow up on overdue invoices
• communicate with clients in English and Spanish
• document collection actions
• maintain tracking tools
• prepare aging reports
• escalate high-risk accounts
• assist with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close.
