Computer Hardware Integration Technician

What you'll do

• Assemble and integrate mechanical assemblies for rack-based computing equipment
• handle servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
• install, route, and label cables
• follow technical procedures and assembly aids for installation and testing
• identify and resolve hardware and software issues
• test and validate hardware components and software applications
• collaborate with technicians and engineers
• provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting
• maintain hardware inventory, installation, and maintenance records
• identify process improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
