What you'll do

• Supervise students and support their safety and well-being
• welcome students and maintain attendance records
• lead age-appropriate arts, crafts, STEM, outdoor, game, and team-building activities
• assist with homework
• use positive behavior guidance
• supervise transitions, snack time, and dismissal
• communicate with parents when appropriate
• prepare materials and maintain safe, organized activity areas
• follow Texas childcare licensing standards and school policies
• respond to emergencies and complete incident reports as needed.
