VoIP Engineer

What you'll do

• Support Cisco Webex, Teams, and Jabber
• configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Unity moves, adds, and changes
• set up gateways and contribute to design
• troubleshoot hosted VoIP, SIP trunking, and data communications platforms
• support facility projects, upgrades, enhancements, and phone replacements
• work with analog lines, Cisco routers and switches, and related networking protocols. Microsoft Office proficiency and healthcare/hospital industry experience are required
• Cisco certifications are a plus, not required.
