Field Service Technician

What you'll do

• Travel to customer facilities for technical support and installation supervision
• request manpower and oversee field service personnel across trades, robot programming, controls, inspection, and die tuning
• prepare field service and expense reports and obtain customer approval
• liaise with customers
• maintain service files
• assist with invoicing and weekly service reporting
• monitor site budgets
• conduct inspections and collect reliability and maintainability data. Other duties and projects may be assigned.
