What you'll do

• Lead recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching for the team
• conduct resident assessments and coordinate individualized care plans
• collaborate with staff, vendors, and medical professionals
• lead staff meetings and manage service agreements
• update physician order sheets
• oversee medication management, audits, incident reporting, and investigations
• assist the community during emergencies.

Why this role

A current LVN, LPN, or Registered Nurse license in good standing is required; RN and bachelor’s degree in nursing are preferred. Senior-care and management experience are preferred.
