What you'll do
- Interview residents and families for nutritional assessments
- provide diet education as needed
- attend care plan meetings with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- monitor weight changes and report at-risk cases
- assess and recommend nutrition interventions related to wounds, tube feeding, and dialysis.
