What you'll do

• Expedite leasing at assigned properties
• answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to emails
• conduct video and in-person showings
• build relationships and follow up with prospects and applicants
• evaluate marketing efforts and suggest resource use
• develop community marketing connections
• initiate move-ins and prepare paperwork
• complete leasing reports
• support the manager
• communicate with applicants about repairs in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines.
