Maintenance Technician

Reporting to the Property Manager, the technician handles service requests, emergency calls, move-in needs, and routine property tasks. The work helps maintain the community, address resident needs, and deliver reliable property service; the position includes an on-call rotation and after-hours emergency responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Complete service requests
• inspect the community and record and correct deficiencies
• order supplies and parts within budget
• perform general and routine maintenance
• maintain keys and inventory
• replace filters and clean air-conditioning vents as needed
• troubleshoot HVAC and perform plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, drywall, and interior repairs
• complete resident requests within 24 hours
• handle on-call duties
• assist with apartment make-readies, vendor coordination, flyer distribution, litter pickup, grounds upkeep, and preventive maintenance.
