What you'll do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, text, and in person
• build relationships and identify customer needs
• generate business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• provide quotes and explain auto, home, renters, life, business, and supplemental insurance options
• recommend products and identify bundling or coverage-gap opportunities
• conduct policy reviews
• maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate account information
• meet individual and agency sales goals
• participate in team meetings, training, marketing initiatives, and community events.
