Complex Group Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Solicit new and existing accounts through calls, outside sales, site inspections, and written communication
• prepare customer correspondence, booking reports, and files
• participate in RevMax and pre-convention meetings, training, and sales meetings
• coordinate with hotel departments
• attend trade shows, community events, and industry meetings
• monitor market trends, competition, and customers
• maintain community and vendor relationships
• serve as a role model to employees.
