Mold Operator

The Mold Operator role is onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL. Compensation is not specified. The operator runs and monitors injection molding equipment to produce parts that meet quality, schedule, and safety requirements. The role supports production by inspecting output, addressing basic process issues, completing records, and coordinating with quality, maintenance, and production teams.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines
• load and unload molds and materials
• inspect parts and report defects or production issues
• make basic machine adjustments
• perform quality checks and production paperwork
• trim excess plastic and complete basic finishing
• maintain a clean work area
• follow safety and production procedures
• work with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams
• meet daily production goals.

Why this role

Works 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on an alternating schedule of three workdays/four days off and four workdays/three days off, including every other weekend. Overtime may be needed.
