What you'll do

• Decontaminate and process instruments, compile sets, count instruments, and record counts. Sterilize instruments and trays using appropriate exposure and drying times
• prepare instruments for immediate-use sterilization when needed. Maintain department cleanliness and perform equipment testing, including test packs, biological indicators, and diagnostic cycles. Evaluate instruments for function and safety, process loaner instruments, maintain tracking logs and biological incubator records, assist with operating-room turnover and cleaning when necessary, and support supply picking for upcoming cases. Provide technical services to assigned operating-room, recovery, outpatient endoscopy, and central sterile areas.

Why this role
