Service Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise truck mechanics and technicians
• assign daily work orders and schedules
• oversee truck check-in and check-out reports
• support troubleshooting and diagnosis
• coordinate outside service work
• maintain parts inventory and conduct cycle counts
• track preventive maintenance and inspection schedules
• manage rental service costs within budget
• maintain service records and reports
• identify training needs and provide safety training
• set goals and conduct staff reviews
• ensure policies and procedures are followed
• travel for field service and repair calls and required training from time to time.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma, at least three years in a similar service shop management role, and at least five years of industrial mechanic, heavy equipment, or heavy truck experience. Relocation package is not available.
