What you'll do

• Provide primary care to adults age 65 and older
• manage an approximately 500-patient panel and an average of 12–13 visits per day
• conduct 45-minute new-patient visits and 30-minute routine follow-ups
• use scheduled time for care coordination and unscheduled patient needs
• collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams
• support the growth of the new Brooksville senior care location. Participate in a phone-only call rotation approximately once every 6–8 months.
