The Production Machine Operator — Bakery Manufacturing, Overnight role is onsite in Vineland, NJ. Starting pay is $24.51 per hour. Bridor makes premium European-style breads, pastries, croissants, and viennoiserie for retail, foodservice, and hospitality customers. The operator safely sets up, runs, and monitors production equipment while maintaining product quality and documenting production activity. The role supports the facility’s expansion and reliable production by coordinating with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams.

What you'll do

• Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery
• perform start-ups, adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• monitor quality and production performance
• report equipment or production issues
• enter production data and document downtime
• measure, weigh, prepare, mix, and blend ingredients
• follow safety, food-safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices
• use ERP or MRP systems
• maintain an organized work area and participate in continuous improvement.

Why this role

Fixed overnight schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week: Monday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday, 4:45 p.m.–5:00 a.m. Prior hands-on machine-operating experience is required.
