Senior Vice President of Community Association Management

The Senior Vice President of Community Association Management role is hybrid, with Plymouth, Minnesota preferred; candidates may also be near RowCal offices in Illinois, Austin, Texas, or Colorado. Base salary is $180,000–$225,000 per year, with a retention-based bonus opportunity. The role supports RowCal Property Management’s effort to scale a consistent community management operating model. This executive leads community management operations across markets, develops service standards and performance systems, and coaches approximately 12 Directors. The role also handles critical customer and board escalations and partners with senior leaders to support growth, acquisitions, and new-market launches.
