What you'll do

• Answer phones, take reservations, and direct calls
• welcome guests and serve as a hotel contact
• check guests in and out and process payments
• monitor booking and cancellation records and correct discrepancies
• assign rooms and prepare keys and registration cards
• respond to guest requests and concerns
• provide local information and concierge assistance
• communicate room status with housekeeping
• promote hotel services
• monitor supplies
• assist with staff training and operational coordination.
