Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

The Full-Time Retail Sales Associate role is in person at one of six Red Raider Outfitter locations in Lubbock, Texas. Pay is $15–$22 per hour, based on experience, with 35–40 hours per week year-round. Red Raider Outfitter has served as a source for Texas Tech gear in Lubbock since 1975. The associate welcomes guests, helps them find and understand products, maintains the sales floor, processes transactions, and models store standards for newer team members. The role supports the store’s promise to provide Texas Tech products and game-day spirit through attentive guest service and product knowledge.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and learn what they are shopping for
• guide guests through the store
• learn product details and make recommendations
• fold, size, recover, replenish, and restock merchandise
• process transactions, returns, exchanges, and holds
• support newer team members by modeling store standards
• attend busy game weekends, move-in, graduation, and holiday periods.
