This role exists to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The technician will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.
