• Work with QA testers and developers to understand requirements and objectives
• create and update test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications
• identify, report, document, and retest bugs
• build and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, and smoke testing
• communicate with IT staff
• follow IT processes and procedures.
