Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Surgical Inpatient

Passes all medications, hangs IV piggybacks and fluids (excluding IV Push meds), charts assessments and care plans (after RN has initiated), communicates with physicians/APPs, completes dressing changes, completes trach care, inserts and cares for NG tube and feedings, cares for and changes ostomy, reinforces education and discharge instructions.
