What you'll do

• Coordinate disability screenings, assessments, evaluations, and support services
• initiate referrals and support transitions
• liaise with families, agencies, consultants, and program staff
• review and support implementation of IFSP goals
• educate families about plans, rights, and resources
• monitor progress and transition plans
• maintain required documentation and records
• respond to classroom needs.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, psychology, social services, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Requires three years of early childhood education experience focused on children birth to age three with disabilities. Home visits may be needed.
