• Implement continuous improvement and best practice sharing culture.
• Establish performance metrics (KPI systems) to evaluate operations and drive cost reduction.
• Coordinate training for operations personnel.
• Collaborate with region leadership to develop supervisors and managers.
• Monitor industry trends and support mergers and acquisitions.
