This role exists to ensure operational effectiveness, client service, and service expansion. The Account Manager provides lead direction to Security Supervisors, coordinates site needs, and manages staffing, scheduling, and training to uphold the company's values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of security personnel.
• Prepare post orders and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Support new business development.
