What you'll do

• Handle employment litigation from inception through resolution
• draft pleadings and discovery
• draft and argue motions
• take and defend depositions
• litigate California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA matters
• conduct legal research and develop strategies
• communicate with clients
• manage multiple matters and deadlines.
