What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with association boards and homeowners
• address service requests and complaints
• coordinate vendors
• inspect community facilities and oversee safety needs
• investigate and report property damage
• prepare agendas and attend board and association meetings
• assist with financial reports, budgets, and financial guidance
• prepare and review project bids
• manage improvement projects
• schedule staff assignments
• and review payroll and vendor invoices.
