What you'll do

• Lead clinic flow, customer experience, team development, and local community engagement
• oversee safe IV administration and compliance with Medical Director protocols and New Jersey regulations
• hire, coach, and lead IV technicians
• manage daily workflows, staffing levels, and EMR accuracy
• start IVs and guide clients through care.
