What you'll do

• Oversee implementation and quality of clinical services for an assigned caseload, including quality assurance and standardization of clinical models and programs
• support consistent implementation of clinical policies and procedures
• enhance clinical training and supervision programs
• collaborate with the clinical team and CEO on growth, contract fulfillment, and staff efficiency initiatives
• maintain community presence in behavior analysis and related associations
• promote ethical behavior
• maintain compliance with and train staff on BACB standards
• create training curricula.
