The Thread Roller Operator role is onsite at MNP’s headquarters plant in Utica, MI, with compensation of $20 per hour. MNP manufactures fasteners and describes its production process from raw coiled steel through finishing and packaging. The operator learns production processes, sets up and runs assigned equipment, checks parts, and records production information. The role contributes to safe, quality-focused manufacturing and communicates equipment or production issues to leads, supervisors, and maintenance staff.

• Learn processes and work instructions

Why this role

Training begins on first shift, 5:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday for six months, then moves to afternoon shift, 3:15 p.m.–1:15 a.m. Monday–Thursday, with Friday and Saturday as needed. No experience is required.
